Focaccia Garden Bread Design

Join Chef Paula Naumcheff and Chef Andy at The Bottle Restaurant for a focaccia garden brunch event! Design your own focaccia bread art using the finest veggies, fruits, and other accoutrements. Rare, gourmet herbs will be introduced and provided by our local microgreen artist, Malek Mustaf.

Specialty curated wines available by the glass or bottle; We will offer a signature sparkling wine cocktail to cheer our delicious event, while enjoying all of the luscious fresh baked creations!

This ticket covers 2 hours of hands-on personal instruction, your own prepared focaccia bread dough, and a bountiful selection of fine fruits, vegetables, aromatic greens, seeds, and other accouterments to transform this bread into a flavor packed delicacy. As we indulge in our focaccia creations, I will talk about aesthetics, flavor pairings, and other tips and tricks for your bountiful home table. You will also receive a copy of my erecipe book.
