Focaccia Art - How to design this Winter Floral Wreath

With this wreath of winter flowers, here are the items I used:

red peppers

red onions

cranberries

green zuchinni

herbs - sage, curly parsley

green onions

capers

cracked black pepper

sesame seeds

Take a look at my prep:

Notice that I cut all of my vegetables, fruits, and other toppings by hand. That allows for a movement that you won't have if you use a cookie cutter!
