Pomegranate Martini Recipe & Video

Rich pomegranate meets fresh lime, ginger, and honey for an irresistible cocktail. Be careful, the drink is deceptively strong. Holiday or not, time to celebrate with this martini!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Yield: One Martini

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces vodka

2 ounces pure pomegranate juice

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

1/2-1 ounce ginger simple syrup - recipe here

Optional: Pomegranate Arils for bottom of glass

In an ice filled cocktail shaker, add all ingredients. Shake well for 20 seconds, pour into chilled martini glass. A beautiful option is to include the arils in the bottom of the glass, they will float to the top...yummmm!
