Salty Dog Cocktail

This bright tart cocktail begins as a Greyhound, and the addition of a salt rim creates a Salty Dog. Try a black salt or finishing salt like Maldon.

2 ounces vodka

2 drops grapefruit bitters

6 ounces pink grapefruit juice

Finishing salt such as Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Mix all ingredients in an iced martini shaker. Pour into salt-rimmed glass over ice and serve.
