Smurf's Bathwater Summer Cocktail

Four simple ingredients make a strong and refreshing summer cocktail. Beach, anyone?

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces vodka

1 ounce blue curaçao

2 ounces pineapple juice

2 lime wedges

turbinado or granulated sugar for rimming cocktail glass

Rim a cocktail glass with a lime wedge, then turbinado sugar.

In cocktail shaker, add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and citrus juice from one lime wedge. Shake for 20-30 seconds, then strain over ice in a cocktail glass.
