Ramos Gin Fizz




Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: One cocktail

DRY SHAKE this cocktail before traditional ice shake.

INGREDIENTS:


2 ounces of your favorite gin


1 ounce lemon or lime juice or combination

1 ounce plain or honey simple syrup

1 tsp orange flower water (or 1 drop orange oil or 1 Tbsp. Triple Sec)

1 egg white or aquafaba (chick pea juice, slightly over one ounce)


Club Soda or sparkling water


Place all ingredients except soda in DRY MARTINI SHAKER & shake for 20-30 seconds, careful to hold shaker together as it expands with the protein of the egg/aquafaba.


Add ice to shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into highball glass and top with splash of soda.
