The Tajin Peach Martini

Tajin is my new obsession, and marrying it with fruits is a superb combination! This easy fiery peach cocktail speaks of spring. I use peach nectar here (which has added sugar), as fresh peaches are difficult to source right now. Once they arrive, we will play upon this drink by using fresh peaches that are muddled with turbinado sugar. So stay tuned! ๐Ÿ˜


Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: one cocktail


INGREDIENTS:


2 ounces peach nectar

1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes chili pepper liqueur

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce simple syrup (flavored or plain)

squeeze of lime


Place all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, and strain into a martini glass rimmed with Tajin. Optional fruit garnish shown here - fresh mango dipped in...surprise....Tajin! ๐Ÿ˜‰
