The Tajin Peach Martini

Tajin is my new obsession, and marrying it with fruits is a superb combination! This easy fiery peach cocktail speaks of spring. I use peach nectar here (which has added sugar).

Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: one cocktail


2 ounces peach nectar

1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes chili pepper liqueur

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce simple syrup (flavored or plain)

squeeze of lime

Place all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, and strain into a martini glass rimmed with Tajin. Optional fruit garnish shown here - fresh mango dipped in...surprise....Tajin! 😉
